    1. Exit the airport, turn right → follow signs to the bus stop.

    2. Take the Tocumen-Corredor Sur bus to Albrook.

    • Pro Tip: Ask staff where to buy a Metro Card (available at kiosks or metro stations).

 

Option 3: Scenic Metro Train

  • Travel time: 1 hour.

  • Relaxing ride: Enjoy views of Panama City.

2. From Albrook Bus Terminal to Santa Catalina

Journey to Paradise

Option: Via Sona (Bus Route)

  • Buses to Sona: Departures at 6:45 AM, 8:20 AM, 10:20 AM, 12:45 PM, 2:20 PM, 4:20 PM.

  • From Sona to Santa Catalina:

    • Departures: 5:15 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:15 PM, 4:00 PM.

    • Travel time: ~1.5 hours.

    • Return trips: 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM (not Sundays), 1:15 PM (not Sundays), 3:00 PM.

 

Alternative Option: Taxi from Sona to Santa Catalina

Need flexibility?
If you miss the bus or arrive late, you can hire a taxi from Sona to Santa Catalina for $40 USD. This is a great backup plan for:

  • Late arrivals at Sona.
